Instructions
Step 1: Roast the Rava

In the same pan, add the rava (semolina) and roast on low flame until light golden and aromatic. (Do not burn it!)

Remove the roasted rava and keep aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Sugar Syrup

In the same pan, boil 1½ cups water.
