Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Cashew Powder

Grind cashews into a fine powder using a dry blender or food processor. (Pulse in short intervals to avoid releasing oil.)

Step 2: Make Sugar Syrup

In a non-stick pan, heat ½ cup sugar & ¼ cup water on low-medium heat.
